Kelsey Mae Shalane Simpson, 29, of Galesburg, died at 9 p.m. Monday May 7, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.She was born July 9, 1988, in Peoria, the daughter of Sylvester Scott and Chloe Yvonne Simpson. She is survived by her father. Her mother preceded her in death.
Kelsey graduated from the Peoria School System. She attended KCCDD.
