Levi Cobb disappointed many Galesburg Silver Streaks fans during the 1976 Class AA State Basketball Tournament as his Morgan Park Mustangs defeated the Streaks in the quarterfinals before winning the state title. He went on to have an outstanding career at the University of Illinois. He is the founder of the Fundamental Training Academy in Orlando, FL Levi joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on "Galesburg's Morning News".
