Knox County Board Chair talks Abingdon’s policing transition

The Knox County Board recently came into an agreement with the City of Abingdon for the Knox County Sheriff's Department to take over policing duties for Abingdon.

Knox County Board Chair Jared Hawkinson joined Cameron Line on Galesburg's Evening News on Monday to talk about the whys and hows of this transition.

They also talk about the County investigating using the former Wells Fargo building in downtown Galesburg.
