What is the Hope Initiative?

Another organization has developed in the community; and, like all the others, they are already doing great things that help Galesburg  in important ways.  The Hope Initiative receives food and household items that then are organized and given back to the community.  Their next distribution is Thursday, April 18, and distributions will be monthly.

While the organizers are with Calvary Assembly Church, they say their efforts are not religious.

Jeff Morrow, Vanessa Rekash, and Deb Summers talk about the work with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
