Former Galesburg man now in Florida gets out of Hurricane Helene unscathed

After making landfall in Florida Thursday night, what's left of what was Hurricane Helene was making its way through the Carolinas Friday morning.

There were heavy rain and high winds in the town of Venice, Florida -- where former Galesburg businessman Dennis Case now lives -- but nothing like what other parts of Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas are experiencing.

Nonetheless, Will Stevenson talked with Case on Galesburg's Morning News.
