The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball teamed started their 2024-25 season with a win over Peoria Richwoods at the Galesburg Thanksgiving Shootout, 56 - 34.
Ella Herchenroder was named the Dave's Auto Body Crunch Time Player of the Game. Ella took charge on the floor, getting the Streaks going with a couple of big threes early. She finished the night with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and 3 assists.
