Galesburg Heritage Days marks 30 years of living history

On Galesburg’s Morning News, organizers Dave Bernhart and Mark Ebner preview the 30th annual Galesburg Heritage Days, held August 15-17, 2025, at Lake Storey Park. This free event, drawing nearly 1,000 reenactors and 50 merchants, combines a Pre-1840 Early American Rendezvous with a Civil War Battle Encampment.
