Labor Day legacy continues with Galesburg’s 133rd parade

On Galesburg’s Morning News, organizers Randy Bryan, Jeremy Hodges, Jeff Maher, and Devin Wagy preview the 133rd annual Galesburg Labor Day Parade, the nation’s oldest continuous celebration, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 1 in Downtown Galesburg.

With about 60 entries so far, organizers aim for 100, encouraging early registration via the Galesburg Trades and Labor Facebook page.
