Off-site sales for Knox County side-by-side and non-highway vehicle stickers are scheduled for January, starting Jan. 17 in Dahinda.
The Knox County Clerk’s Office is offering remote locations for the 2026 stickers, which are required to operate on county roads. Sales will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Watering Hole in Oak Run, Dahinda.
On Jan. 31, sales will run from 10 a.m. to noon at the Liquor Box in Oneida and 1 to 3 p.m. at the Abingdon American Legion.
The office has provided these off-site sales since 2023 to make it more convenient for residents.
“We are excited to provide a much-needed service to our side-by-side and non-highway vehicle enthusiasts,” Knox County Clerk Scott Erickson said. “The remote sale tours have been a great success and provide an opportunity to purchase stickers outside of the courthouse. We encourage persons to take advantage of these events.”
Stickers are valid from Feb. 1 through Jan. 31 each year. New licenses cost $100, renewals $50.
Stickers can also be purchased at the Knox County Courthouse during business hours or online. More details are available at www.knoxcountyil.gov under the non-highway vehicle link.
