Jason B. Weber

Jason B. Weber, 37, of Oneida, Illinois, died Saturday, January 24, 2026, at his home in Oneida.

He was born July 25, 1988, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Mark C. Barnes and Amy Jo (Weber) Brooks. He attended and graduated from ROWVA High School in 2009.

Surviving is his daughter, Kathlynne Weber of Galesburg, Illinois; siblings: Amethyst (Kenneth Genisio) Harman of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Rabecka (Noah) Hendricks of Jerome, Idaho, Isaac (MacKenzie Lawson) Williamson of Moline, Illinois; mother, Amy Brooks of Jerome, Idaho; grandparents, Bruce and Bonnie Weber of Mount Pleasant, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Kyle Brooks; nephew, Hunter Harman; great aunt and uncle, Joyce and Bill Weber; second cousin, Sharon Kuhlman.

He worked as a truck driver, most recently with Fraley and Schilling in Rushville, Indiana. He enjoyed working on his car, building computers and was learning how to golf. Most importantly, Jason loved helping others.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory in Oneida, Illinois.
