Anatomy of a manufacturing expansion

As we reported extensively Tuesday, Western Smokehouse Partners is planning to lease part of the former Galesburg Maytag plant to expand production and add as many as 180 jobs, in an effort valued at $50 million.

It's one of a number of projects City Manager Eric Hanson has been working on.  Hanson talked with Jay Redfern on Galesburg's Evening News.
