Building projects wrapping up in Abingdon-Avon School District as school year starts

The summer months meant the completion or near-completion of some projects across the Abingdon-Avon School District.

That's what starts the new school year in District 276, along with a ban on cell phones, similar to one in place in Galesburg.  Bill Walters, District 276 Superintendent, talks more with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
