Choral Dynamics Producers Preview ‘The Beauty of Christmas’ 2025

Allison Little, Deanna Reynolds, and Becky Brown — the three first-time producers behind Choral Dynamics of Galesburg’s 2025 holiday production — sit down with WGIL’s Galesburg’s Morning News to share everything you need to know about "The Beauty of Christmas".

From the show’s gentle invitation to step back from the chaos and truly enjoy the season, to the six themed segments, fresh twists on traditional carols, dazzling choreography by Tim Holmes, and what may be the largest band in the group’s history (14 pieces), the producers give you an insider’s look at this year’s spectacular.

You’ll also hear how all proceeds benefit FISH of Galesburg (who have already shattered records by raising more than $15,000 in program ads), why Choral Dynamics has been "Helping Our Community Through Song” since 1976, and how this all-volunteer choir of 71 singers continues to raise the bar — and nearly $675,000 for local causes — one show at a time.

Performances:

Friday & Saturday, Dec. 5–6 at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2 p.m.

Orpheum Theatre | Tickets: galesburgorpheum.org or 309-342-2299
