The Galesburg City Council meets Monday night, May 20, and in addition to two big economic development projects, the annual requests for funding from "external agencies" will be decided.  City Manager Eric Hanson previews the meeting, and explains the external agency funding process, with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
