A relatively new Galesburg business is "sprouting" up from the back yard of a local home.
"Elementary Earthworks" started out as the idea of Rosie and Alex Theobald. Their mission is to grow all-natural, chemical-free produce that they are then selling to the public, and to local restaurants.
As the Theobalds tell Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News, they hope to find even more land in order to keep growing.
