Energy aggregation in Galesburg, explained

The Galesburg City Council this week approved a one-year deal regarding the electricity aggregation rate for city residents. The rate is higher than the last cycle, but much lower than it could have been, according to City Manager Eric Hanson. Hanson talked with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
