Funding concerns for Knox County Soil and Water Conservation District, and a look at upcoming programs

The just-passed and signed into law Illinois state budget doesn't include nearly the amount of money that local Soil and Water Conservation Districts are used to having, or need.  Nevertheless, for now, the Knox County Soil and Water Conservation District is pressing on, including some upcoming programs and workshops.
