The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball team remains undefeated with a hard-fought win over Rock Island, 47-39. The Streaks are 11-0 on the season and 6-0 in the Western Big 6 conference. The Rocks drop to 5-7 on the season and 1-5 in the conference.
Kiarra Kilgore was named the Dave's Auto Body Crunch-Time Player of the Game as she led the Streaks with 21 points. Most of those came from the free throw line. Kiarra had only 2 field goals but she was 17 for 26 from the free throw line.
