Happy Joe’s In Galesburg Hosting Grand Reopening

Leslie Boynton bought the Happy Joes's Pizza franchise in Galesburg a year ago. With a quick turnaround, there wasn't time for a proper grand opening. Thus Happy Joe's is hosting a Grand Reopening Monday 10/2. Owner Leslie Boynton joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on "Galesburg's Morning Nws" to talk about her first year and the event.
