New year, new financial challenges for ROWVA Schools

The new school year is already underway in ROWVA School District 208, and with that comes better air conditioning for classrooms, and a revamped cafeteria and kitchen area.

But, with the new year also comes some new financial challenges that may result in at least short term belt-tightening.
