2nd Annual ‘Super’ Steak Fry Fundraiser – Galesburg Public Schools Foundation

Kristi Mustain (Board President of the Galesburg Public Schools Foundation), Zach Maher (event emcee and GPSF board member), and Jeff Ewing (Galesburg Jr./Sr. High School Principal) join Galesburg's Morning News to preview the 2nd Annual "Super" Steak Fry.

The event is Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at The Vault in downtown Galesburg (doors open at 5 p.m.). Tickets are $75 each (includes a chance to win $500) or $550 for a table of 8.

Highlights include:

  • Grill-your-own steak dinner (or have a celebrity griller cook it for a $5 donation)
  • Buffet (salad, baked potatoes, green beans, roll, dessert)
  • Free drinks 5:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Raffles, Super Bowl squares, 50/50, and more

 

All proceeds support new cardio equipment for the Kimbrough Fieldhouse weight room and long-term school facility improvements.
