On Monday night, a large crowd of Galesburg residents, including many seniors, packed the City Council chambers and an overflow room to support VNA Community Services’ request for consistent city funding to sustain its senior programs. Executive Director Michael Bennett led the effort, presenting petitions with 850 signatures during public comment to demonstrate strong community support.
