Weekend event celebrates Congolese Galesburg and Monmouth-area residents

For the third year, the local region will celebrate what is a growing part of the population:  residents who are native to the Congo.  "LIPANDA Days" will have events in both Galesburg and Monmouth this weekend, starting Friday and running through Sunday.
