Western Smokehouse Partners expansion before City Council Monday night, among other items

The Galesburg City Council will meet Monday night, and will consider, among other agenda items, the official development agreement between the City, and Western Smokehouse Partners, which led to last week's announcement that the owner of Thrushwood Farms Quality Meats would lease part of the former Galesburg Maytag Plant, and add as many as 180 jobs in a deal valued at $50 million.
