Annual Ellisville Volunteer Firemen*s Biscuits and Gravy Fundraiser

All you can eat biscuits and sausage gravy along with orange juice, milk, coffee, ice tea, and water. Served up by the Ellisville Volunteer Firemen all for a freewill donation.

Come to the Ellisville Fire Station on either or both Sundays Oct. 4 or 11, 2026 from 7a.m. to 1p.m. You can dine in or carry out which ever you please.

Proceeds to be used to buy additional equipment for our pumper-tanker.

We are located at 125 W. Main St. in Ellisville, IL 61431. Come dine with us and either after or before tour the charming restored downtown buildings of Ellisville which will be open for the Spoon River Scenic Drive.
