Benefit for paralyzed veteran, Steven Jennings

U.S. Army Sgt. Steven Jennings was severely injured in 2011 when he was hit with a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) and 12 AK rounds. He is a Purple Heart recipient.
On August 21, 2023, Steven fell and fractured his L-1. His spine was already weakened due to his 2011 injuries and he is now paralyzed.
The VA will assist with a wheelchair, ramp and other items, but Steven will still have many unforeseen expenses as he tries to make his home handicap accessible and adjust to life in a wheelchair.
Please join us for an event to benefit Steven Jennings and his family on October 22, 2023, starting at noon at the Knoxville American Legion. There will be food, 50/50 drawing, auction and a DJ.
