Community Digitization Day, November 5, 2016
The Knox College Library will hold a Community Digitization Day on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Galesburg Public Library from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. The Digitization Day is free and open to the public and is made possible in part by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities: Exploring the human endeavor.
The focus of the Community Digitization Day is on African-American history in Galesburg.
Members of the public are invited to bring materials related to African-American history in Galesburg such as photographs, poster, event programs, church bulletins etc.– and the materials will be copied and returned to the owners
