Friends For Fish

On December 16th, 2016, Don “Fish” Fisher was diagnosed with metastatic rectal cancer and has, unfortunately, progressed to stage four. This devoted husband and father is also one of the founding members of the local band, Eternity Road, and has been the drummer since they started playing music together in a small garage in Warren County back in August of 1972. Friends and family are hosting an event to get everyone together to celebrate our friend “Fish”! “Friends of Fish” will be on Sunday, July 22nd from 2p-6p at the Monmouth American Legion. Past and present members spanning nearly FIVE DECADES of Eternity Road will be playing music, sharing memories and celebrating this man who has given so much to others over the last 46 years that the band has been playing in West-Central Illinois! Food and snacks will be provided. No cover charge, but donations are certainly welcome. Please spread the word so we can make this a celebration to remember for our friend, “Fish”!
