Galesburg to Peoria St Jude Run Fundraiser

The Galesburg-to-Peoria St. Jude Runners will be serving a pancake breakfast fundraiser from 8:00 to 10:00 am on February 22nd at the Galesburg Applebee’s.

Area participants and runners will help serve all the pancakes you can eat, along with bacon, juice or coffee for just $5. The money raised will go 100% to support the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The 2020 Run will be held on July 18th, when runners from Galesburg and 33 other satellite communities will all run, relay-style, to Peoria and meet to kick off the 2020 Peoria St Jude Telethon.

In 2019 our Galesburg-to-Peoria Run raised $101,000. All of the St. Jude Runs together raised over $5 million dollars. No child is ever denied treatment because of an inability to pay for services at St. Jude. It costs 2 million dollars a day to operate St Jude Hospitals. Galesburg runners were among the almost 3,000 participants in what has become one of the foremost charity running events in the nation, now in its 37th year.
