Introduction to Positive Psychology: In-Person Event

For many years, psychology has focused on pathology and pain with a goal of curing illnesses. Positive psychology takes a different approach; instead, focusing on what is right with people and what makes life worth living. During this session, participants will learn key concepts and topics as well as simple techniques to start flourishing and thriving in life.
