Rock Steady Boxing Open House

The open house will have refreshments, door prizes, and a live auction that begins at noon.
Rock Steady boxing, a 501(c)(3), gives people with Parkinson’s Disease hope by improving their quality of life through a mom-contact boxing fitness curriculum with certified instructions Carlos Duncan and Kelvin “Woody” Medley.
The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people with Parkinson’s Disease to fight back. Parkinson’s Disease is a degenerative movement disorder which can cause deterioration of motor skills, balance, speech, and sensory function.
