Galesburg High School became just the fifth Illinois girls basketball team to win 1,000 games on Saturday, Nov. 26. The milestone victory came in a 64-29 win over Peoria Manual. Representatives from the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association and GHS will honor past and present players, coaches, managers, and practice players for achieving 1,000 wins before Thursday’s game against Geneseo in John Thiel Gym.
