CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago Police are investigating the deaths of two teenagers and a man who were gunned down in separate shootings.
Police say the shootings happened Monday night.
In the first shooting, police say a 14-year-old boy in the backseat of an SUV traveling on the South Side at about 6:45 p.m. was shot in the back by someone who opened fire on the vehicle. Police said Tuesday morning that no arrests have been made.
No arrests have been made in the slaying of a 15-year-old boy who was shot while walking through an alley on the South Side at about 9:35 p.m.
An hour later, a 28-year-old man was fatally shot outside his Northwest Side house. Police say a suspect is in custody.
The victims’ names were not immediately released.
