A brand new restaurant has opened in downtown Galesburg. Koreana Restaurant, featuring South Korean cuisine, is located at 323 East Main Street. Amber Jordan and her mother Ok Hyun Curtis are co-owners of the business that features a menu and lunch buffet. Amber joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about her new venture.
