Craft Butcher & Deli Now Open On South Seminary St

 

Craft Butcher & Deli opened for business this week in the former Chez Willy location on South Seminary Street. Iron Spike owner Ryan Cardwell partnered with chef Bart Smith on the new idea. It is a farm to table deli and restaurant where they do their own butchering. Ryan and Bart joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about their new venture.
