Thrushwood Farms Quality Meats in Galesburg has been honored with another award. CEO Jim Hankes has been named the 2019 Richard L. Knowlton Innovation Award winner. Previous award winners include CEOs of Tyson Foods, Perdue Chicken and Hormel. Jim joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the award and about the future of Thrushwood Farms.
