Thursday: Around the World White Wine Tasting

Join us in the Safari Lounge at Cherry Street Brewing Company at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11, to taste white wine from around the world! Luke Bennyhoff, an Illinois sales consultant for Republic National Distributing Company, is hosting a tasting with an appetizer buffet and dessert!

Thursday: Wine & Yoga

Enjoy Wine and Yoga at the winery! Join us at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11 for a glass of wine and a 45 minute yoga session for just $10. Beginners are welcome! Please bring your own mat. Class will be on the patio or inside the Tasting Room- weather permitting. Yoga class is taught by alternating instructors.

Thursday: Figure Drawing in Motion with Tina Browder

Learn to Capture Motion in Drawing with a Live Model from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 11! Guided by artist and teacher Tina Browder, participants will work from a live model and explore ways to capture the figure in motion. Tina will provide various techniques to interpret and record the human body in a dynamic way. Regardless of skill level, you’ll find this class to be encouraging and informative! All materials are provided and model will be clothed.

Saturday: Birth to Five Self-Regulation Event

Join the Regional Office of Education #33 for a FREE birth to five self-regulation event from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. This event is for caregivers and children aged 0-5, with activities focused on balance, breathing, mindful body movement, and stimulation. Every child will get to take home a sensory goodie bag and snacks will be provided! The event takes place at the ROE #33 Office, located at 932 Harrison Street.
