Local veterans can access different types of help through Veterans Assistance Commission

Veterans of all ages who live in Knox County can get aid or learn where to turn for other types of help through the Knox County Veterans Assistance Commission.  The office is located across from the former Register-Mail building, 121 S. Prairie St.

Blake VanBeveran took over as the head of the commission after Marc Groce died last year.  VanBeveran talks with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
