City Manager on raises, property acquisition, and energy aggregation

The Galesburg City Council meets Monday night, and will consider, among other things, not providing pay raises for aldermen, a new energy aggregation consultant, and obtaining properties including the land on the Public Square the Broadview Hotel used to reside on.
