Knox County Mental Health Fair: Resources for a Healthier Community

Erica Lawson, Member Service & Marketing Director from the Knox County YMCA, and Emily Brooks, Community Health Program Manager for OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center, join Galesburg's Morning News to discuss the Knox County Mental Health Fair 2025. Happening this Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon at the YMCA’s McBride Gym, this free event brings together 13 community partners, therapy dogs, and resources to boost mental wellness.

From stress management and healthy eating to transportation assistance and more, you’ll find valuable tools to support mental health.
