Barking dogs? Potholes? Monmouth unveils SeeClickFix for easier issue reporting

The City of Monmouth has introduced SeeClickFix, a new digital platform designed to enhance community engagement by allowing residents to report non-emergency issues like potholes, junk and debris, or barking dogs directly through the city’s website.

Accessible at www.cityofmonmouth.com under the Citizen Requests section or via a free mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, SeeClickFix enables residents to submit concerns with photos and details, track request statuses, comment on others’ reports, and set up “watch areas” for local updates. The platform streamlines city staff’s ability to manage and prioritize requests, ensuring faster resolutions.

Residents are encouraged to try SeeClickFix to help improve neighborhoods. For more information, visit www.cityofmonmouth.com or contact the city at (309) 734-2141 or info@cityofmonmouthill.gov.
