City Manager previews Monday night council meeting; also talks finance, tourism, and more

Monday night's Galesburg City Council meeting agenda appears light.  However, one significant thing aldermen will do is approve the final changes to last year's budget -- a year that City Manager Eric Hanson says was good for the city.  Hanson talked about the upcoming meeting, finance, tourism, the new Galesburg Public Library, and speed, among other things with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
