Federal problems with FAFSA impacting local colleges

As part of a federal law that was meant to simplify the process by which college students get federal student aid, problems started to emerge on the back end.  Students can still fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Air (FAFSA) just fine, but the federal processing of applications has been wrought with problems, and they are impacting local colleges, like Knox and Carl Sandburg.  Dustin Zimmerman, Director of Student Aid for Sandburg, talks about all the issues with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
