Knox County Mental Health Fair: Resources for a Healthier Community

Happening this Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon at the YMCA’s McBride Gym, this free event brings together 13 community partners, therapy dogs, and resources to boost mental wellness.

From stress management and healthy eating to transportation assistance and more, you’ll find valuable tools to support mental health.
