State Rep. Swanson to host gathering next week on avoiding scams

Scams -- online, by businesses, and even when it comes to solar power -- are continuing to be very prevalent, with some victims not realizing they're victims until it's too late.

Next week, State Rep. Dan Swanson will be holding an event open to the public featuring local and area law enforcement, and a local bank, telling you what to look out for, and how to avoid scams.

Swanson talks about the gathering with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
