Ameren Illinois is beginning to use drones throughout its service territory, mainly to inspect power lines from above, without ever having to use things like a bucket truck. Riley Adams, Ameren’s Manager of Electric Initiatives, talks with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News about the work.
