Many of us are looking forward to the return of major league baseball in some form. There is a possibility of a July return according to St. Louis Cardinals radio play-by-play voice John Rooney. MLB is talking about using the designated hitter rule throughout all of baseball this season and would likely become a permanent fixture in both leagues.
