Sheriff’s Deputies in Henderson County have arrested a man on charges of Home Invasion, Residential Burglary, and aggravated battery to a senior citizen in Oquawka.

26-year-old Alexander S. Sesher of Burlington, Iowa was arrested this afternoon at 1:20 p.m. a block away after leaving the victim’s residence.

Sheriff Donald Seitz says that Sesher did not know the victim. He entered the home intending to steal money and battered the resident of the home, a senior citizen.
