After having to close both the Barnstormer and Petey’s Pub in Monmouth, and selling Galesburg’s Packinghouse in recent years, Kevin Cerar is now back. Cerar is one of several principals in the new Patton Block Grill and Brewpub, slated to open in downtown Monmouth in April or later of 2020. Cerar talks about it with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
