A 45-year old Galesburg man with a long history of indecent exposure was arrested again last week after exposing himself to a female on East Main Street. Galesburg Police responded to the former Econo parking lot in the 900 block of East Main Street on Friday afternoon after a woman reported that a man yelled at her and exposed himself as she was walking across the property. Officers arrived and made contact with a visually agitated Jaeson Pierson. Police are familiar with Pierson due to him having a long history of exposing himself to people, and also Pierson was just arrested the day prior for the same offense. As officers attempted to question Pierson, he began yelling obscenities and threats towards officers. As officers attempted to detain Pierson he began spitting at officers. He was eventually taken into custody and transported to the Knox County Jail. Pierson was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, and Indecent Exposure.
